In April, our friend and Lethbridge 2023 crew member Pierre opened his long dreamt of restaurant, OMEN Albert Park. Alongside fellow Rockpool Bar & Grill alumni Declan and Dean, they have used their wealth of experience to create a beautiful dining space and, delicious, innovative food and wine offering.
