2022 Shiraz

"This is exceptionally dry and bunchy and for those reasons and for the fruit flavours themselves I love it. Talk about savouriness writ large. Mescal, peanut shells, woodsmoke, peppers and sweet black cherry characters put on quite a show. There’s an explosive cordite character to the nose and plenty of other reductive/savoury/herbal inputs besides.
